Accor Academie is the Global Learning and Development division within Accor. It consists of dedicated Learning & Development specialists who help creating a better, more skilled you! We provide technical training and personal and professional development opportunities through ‘blended learning’ – using a mixture of classroom, virtual and on the job learning formats.

Performance programmes are targeted programmes designed to develop skill and knowledge, or enhance performance in specific areas. Leadership programmes support individuals in their leadership capacity. Accor Academie also offer Talent Programmes to fast track talent between the levels of the Leadership Framework.

You can earn while you learn! Accor Academie can support team members to receive recognized qualifications internally up to Level 5. This is a great employee benefit – to support our team member’s career aspirations!

The AHAcademie learning system enables team members to drive their own development. Fully mobile accessible, you can learn at anytime, anywhere, on any device. This platform allows team members to log in an access a range of Elearning courses and also enroll in live training.
